About the role

The e& NAFIS Programme is a UAE‑national talent development initiative designed to prepare the next generation of leaders for the private sector. The programme is pivotal to e&’s mission to develop UAE National talent into future leaders across various fields. Participants will explore emerging technologies, develop leadership capabilities, and gain hands‑on experience through placements across e& offices in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through departments such as Sales, Technology, Business, Operations, and Customer Service to acquire cross‑functional experience.
• Complete top‑learning and development programs delivered by best‑in‑class educational partners.
• Engage in real projects that address the evolving requirements of the private sector.

Required profile

• UAE national with a high school diploma or a UAE‑accredited bachelor’s degree (any major).
• Recent graduate or professional with up to 2 years of experience.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and ready to contribute to e&’s digital future.
