Native Level English Teacher (Full-time, Dubai)

About the role

Mind Base Education is seeking a native‑level English teacher to join its Dubai campus on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging English lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to a diverse student body.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans covering reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• Facilitate classroom activities that promote active participation and language development.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment for learners of varying proficiency levels.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, attend staff meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics or a related field.
• Teaching certification such as TESOL, TEFL or CELTA (preferred).
• Experience teaching in classroom settings, preferably with multicultural groups.
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to learner‑focused education.
