About the role

An experienced Netskope SASE Subject Matter Expert is sought to manage, administer and optimise enterprise Netskope security solutions. The role covers BAU security operations, policy management, incident troubleshooting and ensuring secure access to cloud applications, web services and private enterprise resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Netskope SASE platform, including CASB, SWG, ZTNA/Netskope Private Access (NPA), DLP and RBI.
• Configure and optimise security policies, URL filtering, application access controls and data protection rules.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents on connectivity, traffic steering, SSL/TLS inspection and application access.
• Troubleshoot security events, perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Netskope technical support.
• Monitor security alerts, analyse logs, support SIEM integration and generate operational reports.
• Manage Netskope Client deployment, upgrades and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with SOC, Network Security, Cloud Security and Infrastructure teams, following ITIL-based incident, problem and change management processes.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience; minimum 3 years of hands-on Netskope SASE administration and operations.
• Mandatory Netskope Certified Cloud Security Integrator (NCCSI) and Netskope Administrator certification, or equivalent as specified by the role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Netskope CASB, SWG, NPA/ZTNA, DLP and RBI.
• SASE, Zero Trust, network security, VPN, firewalls, DNS and proxy.
• SSL/TLS inspection, traffic steering and application connectivity troubleshooting.
• SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk or QRadar.
• AWS, Azure or Google Cloud security.
• Preferred: Microsoft Intune, Netskope APIs, scripting and automation; preferred also Security+, CCNA or CISSP.
