NI Sales Representative – Elevator & Escalator Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an NI Sales Representative to join a leading international company in Dubai, focusing on the elevator and escalator market. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial proposal to project hand‑over, while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from proposal stage through project execution and final handover.
• Initiate customer engagement, negotiate contracts and ensure documentation complies with commercial policies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the installation team to guarantee smooth and timely project delivery.
• Address customer concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers and other key stakeholders.
• Drive customer acquisition while strengthening long‑term client relationships.
• Manage collections according to contractual payment terms.

Required profile

• Results‑driven, resilient under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience in HVAC sales and familiarity with the Dubai market.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
