Night Auditor – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

The Night Auditor at ibis One Central Hotel ensures smooth hotel operations throughout the night shift. You will manage guest arrivals and departures, handle financial transactions, and support both guests and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs, verify room rates, and ensure accurate billing.
• Perform the night audit, reconcile guest balances, and cross‑check rates between Opera Cloud, Micros, and credit‑card records.
• Prepare early‑arrival room allocations, block rooms for groups, and generate nightly activity reports.
• Assist guests with late‑night requests such as wake‑up calls, room service, transportation, and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Communicate hand‑over details to the morning shift and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a customer‑service or front‑desk role.
• Background in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera Cloud.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale systems like Micros.
• Basic accounting software proficiency.
