About the role

ERTH is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead hotel operations during the overnight shift at its Abu Dhabi property. The role demands strong leadership, excellent guest‑handling abilities, and a focus on maintaining smooth, high‑quality service throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift.
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing enquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise overnight hotel activities and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Perform and monitor night‑audit procedures to ensure financial and operational accuracy.
• Maintain operational standards and service quality throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Night Manager in a hotel setting.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work night shifts consistently.
