About the role

ERTH is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead hotel operations during the overnight shift at its Abu Dhabi property. The role focuses on maintaining smooth service delivery, handling guest issues, and ensuring operational accuracy throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift.
• Provide exceptional guest service by handling inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Supervise night‑shift activities and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Perform and monitor night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Night Manager in a hotel environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent guest‑handling and leadership skills.
• Experience with hotel operations and night audit processes.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
