About the role
Ethos is seeking experienced nonprofit and philanthropy professionals to help train a leading AI lab's language model. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in grant proposals, donor reports, program logic models, and other core nonprofit workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Author and edit grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, and program logic models for funders and boards.
- Assess and improve AI‑generated spreadsheets and slide decks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community‑based organizations.
- Proven track record authoring grant proposals, donor reports, or program logic models.
Required skills
- Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
