About the role
Provide on‑site medical support, first aid, emergency response and health monitoring to ensure workforce wellbeing and compliance with project HSE requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first aid and initial treatment, coordinate emergency response and ambulance services.
- Maintain clinic supplies, medication logs, medical records and incident reports.
- Support occupational health checks, fatigue monitoring and heat‑stress management.
- Assist HSE with health campaigns, hygiene inspections and medical fitness tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company procedures.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse with a valid UAE license or transferable qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience; construction or site clinic experience preferred.
- Strong emergency response capability and disciplined reporting.
