Nurse Manager – Junior Specialist (Private Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Nurse Manager – Junior Specialist to join our private healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and supporting staff development within a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the nursing unit and ensure safe, patient‑centered care.
• Supervise, schedule, and support nursing staff, monitoring performance against clinical policies.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, training and performance evaluations.
• Maintain documentation, infection‑prevention measures, medication safety and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Investigate incidents, complaints and clinical issues, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
• Assist senior leadership with budgeting, resource planning and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience, including supervisory or charge‑nurse roles.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic or private healthcare setting, preferably in the UAE.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Nursing Management or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
