Nursery Nurse – Early Years Care

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join Kids First Group’s Dubai nursery. The role involves providing high‑quality care and health support to young children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all KFG guidelines, policies and DHA regulations related to child care.
• Provide medical care, medication administration, and routine health checks for infants and toddlers.
• Maintain individual health records and conduct regular health monitoring.
• Ensure the nursery environment remains safe, child‑friendly and compliant with health standards.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s health, development and any concerns.
• Support staff, coordinate daily activities, and contribute to child‑development plans, especially for children with special or sensory needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid DHA Nurse licence.
• Minimum one year of experience in a nursery or early‑years health setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
