About the role

Future Tense is seeking a passionate Nursery Teacher to join an educational client in the United Arab Emirates on an 11‑month contract. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality early childhood education to children under five years of age in a dynamic classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom setting.
• Observe and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and management.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to align curriculum across Nursery, Montessori, and Kindergarten programs.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate attendance records.

Required profile

• Relevant experience teaching children below five years old.
• Background in Nursery, Montessori, or Kindergarten education is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with young learners.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to child welfare.
