Nursing Director - IVF

About the role

The Nursing Director – IVF will lead nursing and allied health services across three regions within Mediclinic Continuum of Care in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, regulatory‑compliant care while driving operational efficiency and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to nursing teams and promote a culture of quality care.
• Develop, implement and monitor the nursing strategic plan to meet clinical and operational goals.
• Manage patient safety and risk processes, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Plan workforce and resources to balance clinical excellence with operational efficiency.
• Foster sustainable relationships to enhance patient experience and integrated care.
• Mentor, coach and supervise learners and nursing staff to build competence.

Required profile

• Licensed or eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the UAE Healthcare Authority.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience in an IVF centre (e.g., Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director).
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer literacy.
• Ability to analyse quality‑improvement data and apply financial controls, including budgeting.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory framework, medical‑legal processes and disaster management.
• Project‑management principles and application of HR policies.
