About the role
The Ocean Fulfilment Lead is responsible for delivering container shipping services that meet customer expectations, ensuring reliable service delivery and optimal utilization of assets across the network.
Key responsibilities
- Own and ensure product delivery aligned with customer expectations and commitments.
- Manage overall utilization and schedule reliability of assigned services.
- Optimize space usage through booking adjustments, allocation, and cargo loading coordination.
- Oversee vessel scheduling, delivery and re‑delivery plans, and bunker consumption.
- Execute and optimize empty equipment flow plans.
- Handle vessel contingencies and incidents.
- Collaborate with network and marketing teams to identify deployment and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Data‑driven problem‑solving approach.
- Strong customer empathy and understanding.
