Off-Cycle Analyst – Strategic Advisory & Restructuring (Jan 2027)

About the role

PJT Partners is seeking an Off‑Cycle Analyst Intern for its Strategic Advisory & Restructuring group in Dubai. The internship runs from January to June 2027 and offers hands‑on experience across a range of high‑profile transactions, including sell‑sides, acquisitions, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and build valuation models.
• Draft client presentations and prepare internal/external memoranda.
• Conduct financial and business‑related research.
• Support the development, structuring and financing of transactions.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, negotiations and due‑diligence sessions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program or a recent graduate.
• Strong academic record with a focus on finance or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking, strategic advisory or restructuring.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English.
