Off-Plan Property Advisor – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

Enclave Dubai is seeking an Off‑Plan Property Advisor to join its Dubai brokerage team. The role focuses on selling off‑plan residential and commercial projects, leveraging the company’s extensive developer relationships and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture client relationships to sell secondary and off‑plan properties.
• Achieve individual sales targets using fresh daily leads and full marketing support.
• Conduct telesales activities and collaborate with content support teams.
• Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in real‑estate or luxury sales.
• Preferable experience in the Dubai/UAE secondary market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
