Off-Plan Property Advisor – Real Estate Sales

About the role

VIP Brokerage is seeking an Off‑Plan Property Advisor to join its fast‑growing team in Abu Dhabi. You will work with qualified buyer leads and a premium portfolio of off‑plan and secondary market properties, leveraging advanced CRM technology and strong developer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close residential property sales, meeting monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
• Understand client property and investment requirements and provide tailored advice.
• Conduct property viewings, professional consultations, and present off‑plan and secondary market opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the entire sales process.
• Maintain accurate client records using the company CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer‑focused with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, professional and target‑driven.
• UAE driving licence preferred; own vehicle is an advantage.
