Off-Plan Property Consultant

About the role

Oaklyn Realty, a fast‑growing brokerage in Dubai specializing in the Off‑Plan market, is seeking ambitious and client‑focused Property Consultants to join its expanding sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Off‑Plan properties from Dubai’s leading developers.
• Handle and convert company‑generated leads while building your own client network.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
• Advise buyers and investors on market trends, pricing, ROI, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
• Generate and manage property listings for sales and rentals.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market, communities and new project launches.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of Dubai real‑estate experience in Off‑Plan.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, professional and target‑driven.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; other languages a plus.
• Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
