Off-Plan Property Consultant (Spanish-speaking)

About the role

Premier Capital Real Estate is seeking an ambitious Off-Plan Property Consultant to join its Business Bay office in Dubai. The role focuses on serving Spanish-speaking and other international investors who are interested in purchasing off-plan developments across the emirate. Candidates should be confident, target-driven and possess a solid understanding of the Dubai property market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote current off-plan projects to Spanish-speaking and international clients.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, cold-calling and other prospecting methods.
• Analyse client investment goals and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property consultations, deliver project presentations and follow-up meetings.
• Explain payment plans, expected returns, capital appreciation and purchasing procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and developers.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the complete sales cycle.
• Stay updated on new launches, developer promotions and market trends.
• Record leads, follow-ups and sales activities accurately.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the Dubai real-estate market; off-plan sales experience is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, communities, payment structures and investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to build an independent client pipeline and generate leads.
• Confident, professional, proactive and results-oriented personality.
• Residency in the UAE is preferred; a UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Availability to start immediately or with short notice.
