About the role

Haus Ville Real Estate is hiring a motivated and customer‑focused Off‑Plan Real Estate Agent to join its team in Dubai. The role focuses on promoting and selling off‑plan properties from leading developers while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
• Generate and convert leads and build strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market and new project launches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• 6 months–1 year of real estate sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate and RERA is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
