About the role
We are seeking an Off‑Plan Real Estate Broker to join our Dubai team. In this role you will drive sales of off‑plan properties, guiding investors and homebuyers from initial inquiry through to contract signing and handover.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals and company inquiries.
- Present and sell off‑plan properties to investors and homebuyers.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to contract signing and handover.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of projects, pricing structures and payment plans.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Update and manage client information using CRM systems.
Required profile
- Proven ability to generate and qualify sales leads.
- Strong knowledge of off‑plan real‑estate projects, pricing and payment options.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems for client data management.
