Office Administrator

About the role

Capital Zone Mortgage Broker, an independent mortgage service provider based in Dubai and licensed by the Dubai Economic Department, is hiring a full-time, on-site Office Administrator. The administrator manages daily office operations and acts as a key point of contact for clients and banking partners while supporting the mortgage advisors and management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle correspondence, maintain records, organize files and support scheduling and calendar management
• Coordinate meetings and prepare basic reports and documentation
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are available and functioning
• Provide professional customer service to clients and banking partners
• Support the internal team with administrative tasks and collaborate closely with mortgage advisors and management

Required profile

• Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment and keep sensitive information confidential
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; experience in financial services, banking or mortgage is an advantage
