Office Attendant

About the role

The Office Attendant ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This role supports daily office operations by handling refreshments, visitor reception, and basic administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office facilities, equipment, and furniture.
• Provide refreshments to employees and guests upon request.
• Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate person, and take messages when needed.
• Assist with photocopying, filing, laminating, binding, and other clerical duties.
• Receive and deliver documents, packages, and correspondence within the office.
• Oversee the Head Office store, ensuring items are stored neatly and correctly.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies; replace printer cartridges as required.
• Set up projectors, laptops, and meeting rooms for scheduled meetings.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Direct Manager to support office staff.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep the workplace tidy.
• Good interpersonal skills for serving employees and greeting visitors.
• Reliability in handling confidential documents and delivering items promptly.
• Willingness to follow instructions and assist with varied office duties.
