Office Driver

About the role

GeeTR Middle East General Trading LLC is looking for a reliable, professional Office Driver to support daily business operations across the UAE. The role involves transporting employees, clients and documents safely and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Transport employees, management, clients and visitors to meetings, offices, airports and other business locations.
• Perform office‑related errands such as document deliveries and collections.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe and presentable condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, monitor fuel levels and keep accurate mileage records.
• Ensure vehicle registration, insurance and servicing documentation are up to date.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Report accidents, traffic incidents or vehicle issues to management promptly.

Required profile

• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• 2–5 years of professional driving experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations and major business locations.
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to road safety.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, courteous behaviour and a responsible attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours when business requirements demand.
