About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Office Secretary to support our back‑office operations. The role focuses on internal coordination, documentation and reporting, and does not involve direct customer interaction. The successful candidate will use advanced Microsoft Office skills to produce professional reports, presentations and data‑driven charts.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and format professional documents, reports and correspondence using MS Word.
- Create advanced Excel reports, dashboards and data analyses, including formulas, charts and pivot tables.
- Design high‑quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and management use.
- Maintain and organise company records, files and documentation systems.
- Handle data entry, reporting and administrative tracking tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and structure information.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and confidentiality of all documents.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Office Secretary, Administrative Assistant or Back Office Executive.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (mandatory).
- Strong data‑analysis and reporting abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent Arabic (required).
- Ability to work independently in a deadline‑driven environment.
