Officer – Virtual Business Support (UAE)

About the role

Join ADCB's Global Business Services team as an Officer in Virtual Business Support, providing frontline assistance to customers through the virtual branch. You will ensure accurate product information, resolve issues promptly, and uphold the bank's standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for virtual‑branch customers, delivering consistent and accurate product information and proactively resolving issues and complaints.
• Maintain diligence in daily operations to protect the virtual bank from financial and non‑financial loss, ensuring policies and guidelines are consistently followed.
• Provide standardized and ad‑hoc reporting to business units according to Service Level Agreements, and report any activity inconsistencies to the line manager for timely resolution.
• Manage and motivate the team to contribute to change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the bank’s standards.
• Adhere to all organisational and departmental policies, processes and SOPs to deliver consistent, high‑quality service to customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school degree in a related subject.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic, customer‑service oriented.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask.
