Offline Marketing Manager – Field Activation

About the role

Huru, a CBUAE‑licensed neobank serving the UAE’s blue‑ and grey‑collar workforce, is looking for an Offline Marketing Manager to own its on‑ground marketing strategy. The role is field‑first and execution‑heavy, focusing on building brand presence across labour camps, exchange houses, employer offices and industry forums.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute labour‑camp activation programmes, including product demos, KYC support and first‑time user onboarding.
• Lead community‑engagement initiatives in worker residential areas and community centres.
• Deliver training sessions for employer HR and payroll teams on WPS onboarding, card issuance and app usage.
• Manage activation calendars, coordinate field teams, logistics and POSM deployment across multiple regions.
• Run field campaigns to boost remittance transactions and lending adoption, tracking conversion metrics and regional KPIs.
• Serve as the central coordination point for all offline marketing activities, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance and Product teams.
• Build relationships with employer associations, business councils, HR communities and industry forums to strengthen Huru’s brand.

Required profile

• At least 48 months (4 years) of experience in offline or field activation marketing, preferably within financial services or neobanking.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑regional campaigns and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with experience engaging employers, exchange‑house partners and worker communities.
• Excellent communication and training delivery capabilities.
