Off‑Plan Real Estate Agent (Commission Based)

About the role

Haus Ville Real Estate is seeking a motivated Off‑Plan Real Estate Agent to join its Dubai team. This commission‑based position focuses on promoting and selling upcoming property projects from leading developers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan properties from top Dubai developers.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads while building strong client relationships.
• Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract signing.
• Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and regulatory updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of real‑estate sales experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s real‑estate market; RERA knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• UAE driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
