About the role

Haus Ville Real Estate is seeking a motivated Off‑Plan Real Estate Agent to join its Dubai team. This full‑time, commission‑based position focuses on selling upcoming projects from leading developers and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan properties from top Dubai developers.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads while maintaining a robust client pipeline.
• Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract signing.
• Stay informed on market trends, new project launches, and regulatory updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in real‑estate sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Dubai real‑estate market and RERA regulations is advantageous.
• UAE driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
