Offshore Construction Manager – PMC

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Offshore Construction Manager to lead the planning and execution of island underground civil works, on‑shore fabrication, and offshore transportation, installation and mechanical completion of project components. The role ensures delivery aligns with ADNOC Offshore procedures and shareholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute underground civil works and on‑shore precast fabrication.
• Manage offshore transportation, installation and mechanical completion of components.
• Oversee brownfield modifications and ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards.
• Directly manage Construction Leaders on‑site and coordinate with on‑shore teams.
• Lead construction efforts to meet project objectives, schedule and budget.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a PMC Construction Manager in offshore environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Ability to ensure project execution follows client and regulatory procedures.
