Offshore Construction Site Manager – PMC Projects

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Construction Manager (Offshore) with a proven track record in directly managing planning and execution of island U/G civil works, onshore fabrication and offshore transportation and installation. The role is accountable for delivering brownfield modifications and ensuring project objectives are achieved in line with ADNOC Offshore procedures and shareholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction team for on‑island and onshore precast activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore procedures and shareholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailed schedules and cost estimates, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage contractor planning and execution, oversee safety plans, risk mitigation and interface with ADNOC Offshore OPCO to minimise production disruption.
• Report progress, performance and issues to the project team and conduct constructability reviews, readiness assessments and CERs.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent senior‑level site experience.
• Professional Engineer accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of construction management experience on large oil and gas development projects.
• Proven leadership and communication skills across multicultural teams.
