Offshore Mobile Equipment Operator (Crane)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Equipment Operator to join our offshore logistics team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves operating a range of heavy machinery safely on offshore islands, supporting lifting and material handling activities for oil & gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, backhoe loaders, front loaders, excavators, tractors, manlifts and Bobcat skid steers in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, functional tests and ensure compliance with servicing intervals.
• Assess load centre and balance before each lift; use a banksman/signaler when visibility is restricted.
• Warn personnel of load movements, identify hazards and maintain safe operating conditions.
• Report maintenance needs promptly and follow all safety and emergency procedures, including fire extinguisher use.

Required profile

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Driving License – Category 8 / Heavy Tractor.
• Valid Banksman/Signaler certification as per ADNOC Training Matrix.
• At least 5 years of forklift experience, including 3 years in oil & gas, and 1 year of manlift experience in the sector.
