Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns Manager - Surgical (EEMEA)

About the role

Edwards Surgical is looking for an Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns Manager for its EEMEA region. The Surgical business unit focuses on unmet needs in cardiac surgery and works with surgical teams to deliver technologies that improve patients' quality of life. The role builds lasting relationships with medical professionals and industry stakeholders and develops marketing plans, materials and campaigns for the Surgical product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, product materials and campaigns (including strategies and tactics) for the Edwards Surgical product portfolio.
• Drive messaging and experiences around the Surgical portfolio for current and future users.
• Partner with Sales and Professional Education teams to run regional and country-level initiatives and gather field insights to shape marketing plans and align product messaging.
• Drive marketing materials through legal and regulatory approval processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work with Regional and Global Marketing and Professional Education on various initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master's degree or equivalent with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare or medical devices, ideally with exposure to cardiovascular disease, heart failure or physician-facing marketing.
• Proven experience in digital marketing (including digital media and CRM).
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Legal.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
