On Demand Bike Courier – Quick Commerce

About the role

We are looking for energetic bike riders to join our on‑demand quick‑commerce network in the UAE. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders within tight service‑level agreements, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute timely pickups and deliveries across assigned territories following SOPs and SLAs.
• Follow optimized routes provided through company dispatch and navigation apps.
• Scan packages, update delivery status, and capture Proof of Delivery (POD) using mobile devices.
• Handle Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit Card on Delivery (CCOD) and reconcile transactions per guidelines.
• Maintain the bike and delivery equipment in safe, operational condition and report any issues.
• Escalate on‑road challenges, access problems, or safety concerns to the support team.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer basic queries, and record confirmations accurately.

Required profile

• Valid UAE bike driving licence with at least one year of riding experience.
• Good knowledge of local routes and familiarity with navigation/delivery applications.
• Physically fit to ride for extended periods and handle packages safely.
• Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple deliveries.

Required skills

• Smartphone proficiency for delivery and GPS applications.
• Experience using scanning and POD capture tools.
• Basic handling of COD and CCOD transaction processes.
