On-site Technology Support Specialist (Associate)

About the role

As an Associate Technology Support Specialist at EY in Dubai, you will provide on‑site assistance for hardware, software and mobile technologies, ensuring employees can work efficiently and securely. The role is part of the Enterprise Technology team and focuses on delivering fit‑for‑purpose support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate deployment, installation, configuration and testing of firm hardware and software.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including provisioning and de‑provisioning of devices.
• Coordinate repairs, reinstall software and resolve incidents related to standard hardware, software and mobile devices.
• Provide after‑hours support for escalated issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform asset management activities such as procurement, inventory tracking and distribution in line with EY policies.
• Assist with off‑site technology needs for meetings, events, office moves and relocations.
• Act as “remote hands” for other EY Technology teams, including Telecommunications and Hosting.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in end‑user technology support.
• Strong analytical and incident‑resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting office moves, technology deployments or large user groups.
