About the role
The One Touch Service Agent will support the front office team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman, ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. This role is ideal for an Arabic‑speaking professional who is passionate about delivering high‑quality hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the front office, maintaining property and company standards.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Support front‑office strategies and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain departmental inventory, achieve productivity targets, and uphold performance levels.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders while promoting company culture and values.
Required profile
- National academic qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant front‑office experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Strong command of English and Arabic.
- Front office operational knowledge.
