Online Brand Manager

About the role

The Online Brand Manager will own the end‑to‑end digital consumer journey for L'Oreal’s brands in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Digital Director, you will drive e‑commerce growth across direct‑to‑consumer (E‑boutique) and third‑party retail platforms, while aligning online activities with the global brand vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel e‑commerce strategies that translate brand DNA into compelling online experiences.
• Lead UX/UI design improvements, content creation and merchandising to maximise conversion on owned and partner sites.
• Plan and launch product activations on e‑retail platforms in sync with marketing and trade calendars.
• Manage full‑funnel media budgets, overseeing SEM, SEO and paid campaigns from awareness through purchase.
• Coordinate performance and awareness agencies, ensuring KPI achievement and optimal ROI.
• Drive CRM initiatives, including EDM and WhatsApp campaigns, to acquire leads and nurture customer loyalty.
• Analyse traffic, conversion and other e‑commerce KPIs, providing actionable insights to the e‑KAM team.
• Oversee ratings & reviews strategy to build trust and boost conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of relevant experience in e‑commerce or digital brand management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
