About the role
The Online QC ACP role involves real-time quality monitoring on the production line to ensure products meet defined standards and specifications. The incumbent identifies defects, deviations, and non-conformities, reporting them promptly for corrective action and ensuring compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform real-time quality monitoring by continuously inspecting products on the production line.
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities in materials or processes and report them promptly to the production team.
- Verify that finished products comply with internal quality procedures, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and documentation to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
- Coordinate closely with production supervisors and quality managers to resolve quality issues efficiently and prevent recurrence.
