On‑site Nurse – Medical Support for Construction Site

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide on‑site medical support for a construction project. The role ensures workforce wellbeing, delivers first‑aid care, and supports compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid, initial treatment and coordinate emergency response, including ambulance dispatch.
• Maintain clinic supplies, medication logs, medical records and incident reports.
• Support occupational health checks, fatigue monitoring and heat‑stress management.
• Assist HSE teams with health campaigns, hygiene inspections and medical fitness tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid license (UAE or transferable).
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; construction or site clinic experience preferred.
• Strong emergency response capabilities and disciplined reporting.
