About the role
Novomed is seeking an experienced Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves supporting surgical teams across plastic, orthopedic and general surgery procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and infection control.
Key responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and the surgical team before, during, and after procedures.
- Prepare operating theatres, instruments and equipment for scheduled surgeries.
- Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Monitor patients throughout surgeries and support efficient workflow in the theatre.
Required profile
- Valid DHA licence.
- Mandatory OT nursing experience in Dubai.
- Knowledge of plastic, orthopedic and general surgery procedures.
Required skills
- Sterile technique.
- Infection control.
- Handling surgical instruments.
