Operational Risk Associate – Graduate Role

About the role

This is a risk management role supporting the implementation of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework, with an initial focus on incident management and related activities. The position requires a proactive and confident individual with strong analytical abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to the Operational Risk Management team on all matters.
• Assist businesses in managing operational risk incidents and losses.
• Facilitate identification and assessment of key operational risk exposures across ADIB Group.
• Support the management of issues, timely implementation of actions, and monitoring of key risk indicators.
• Contribute to the collation of data for regular operational risk reports and profiles.

Required profile

• Collaborative mindset with ability to work with co‑workers and business stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated with a rapid learning ability.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical (including qualitative), research, quantitative and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; open to UAE national fresh graduates.
