Operations Associate – Driver Operations & Onboarding

Key responsibilities

• Cross‑functional bridge: facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the local team, the UAE Driver Operations Manager and other departments.
• Market insight & analysis: develop a deep, data‑driven and qualitative understanding of the UAE supply market, including regulations, driver demographics and regional challenges or opportunities.
• Standardisation & local adoption: quickly adopt and implement proven frameworks, best practices and standards to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Data‑driven initiatives: partner with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute and review strategic initiatives using localized data to tackle market‑specific challenges and capture growth.
• Knowledge sharing: document high‑impact, data‑supported learnings from the UAE market and scale these insights to grow the local supply market.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in call‑centre operations, preferably within delivery platforms.
• Strong communicator with full English proficiency.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) and ability to conduct field engagements as needed.
• Office‑based role serving as the primary point of contact for driver partners, handling acquisition, onboarding, training, community building, retention and branded‑vehicle growth.
