Operations Associate – Logistics & Fulfillment

About the role

Circles is seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to oversee day‑to‑day logistics execution for its new digital telco brand in the MENA region. You will ensure seamless order fulfillment, manage partner performance, and enhance the customer experience across SIM card delivery and the order lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with 3PL partners, enforcing SLAs and KPIs for warehousing, procurement, and last‑mile delivery.
• Conduct daily operational reviews and regular business reviews to evaluate performance and drive accountability.
• Coordinate with BPO order management teams to ensure real‑time order processing and delivery visibility.
• Own end‑to‑end execution for SIM delivery and welcome‑pack fulfillment, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of SIMs, packaging, and marketing materials while ensuring timely procurement.
• Validate vendor invoices with Finance, track delivery‑related spend, and monitor cost efficiency.
• Monitor operational dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and lead process‑improvement initiatives.
• Resolve delivery and logistics issues quickly, using root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or last‑mile fulfillment, preferably in fast‑paced e‑commerce or B2C telco environments.
• Proven success managing third‑party logistics partners and enforcing performance‑based SLAs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from fulfillment data.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost optimisation, process automation, or lean operations initiatives.
• Customer‑obsessed attitude with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in startups or digital‑first telcos in the MENA region is a plus.
