About the role
The Operations Director will lead the operations team across the UAE, KSA and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with government regulations, managing licensing processes and maintaining accurate client records.
Key responsibilities
- Set, monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for the operations team.
- Prepare regular operational reports for the Commercial Director.
- Develop and implement an annual operations strategy and related SOPs.
- Identify and maintain strategic partnerships to meet regional targets.
- Oversee CRM updates for all client projects.
- Manage company incorporations, amendments and government liaison applications.
- Lead and develop the Client Relationship, admin support and Public Relations staff.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Compliance or a related field.
- 10+ years experience in corporate or professional services within the UAE/KSA.
- Proven record in operations, project management and customer support.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho.
