Operations Engineer

About the role

The Operations Engineer is the technical execution lead for all assigned projects within NAFFCO's product line portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end journey of each vehicle project, from production planning through quality inspection to final delivery, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, client, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of 15‑20 active projects, developing and monitoring detailed schedules.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and supplier teams to align milestones and resolve schedule risks.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, client acceptance inspections, and post‑delivery follow‑up.
• Review and approve technical documentation, engineering drawings, and build specifications before production.
• Perform in‑process and final quality inspections, raise and close Non‑Conformance Reports, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor performance, monitor deliveries, and coordinate third‑party inspections and certifications.
• Maintain complete project records, provide status updates to senior coordinators, and support sales with production progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes and non‑conformance management.
• Effective coordination with production, procurement, and supplier teams.
