Operations Executive – Amazon Now

About the role

Join a newly formed organization that is designing and launching new business models across MENA. As an Operations Executive for Amazon Now, you will lead end‑to‑end operations, manage store and delivery partners, and ensure Amazon policies are applied consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily end‑to‑end operations for one large site or multiple small sites, supervising store operations.
• Meet customer‑facing metrics while maintaining cost targets, safety, and team morale.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and feedback for associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for team members.
• Continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance improvements.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits for stores on a daily basis and stand in for the Area Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• 5+ years of people‑management experience leading teams of 20 or more.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
