Operations Executive – Amazon Now (UAE National)

About the role

Join a newly formed team that is redefining fast delivery across the MENA region. As an Operations Executive for Amazon Now, you will lead daily store operations, ensuring customers receive their orders quickly and reliably while maintaining safety and team morale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites.
• Meet customer‑facing metrics, control costs, and uphold safety standards.
• Drive performance management and implement training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits across stores.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• UAE national with a high school diploma.
• Experience in a logistics or operations environment.
• Strong ability to lead teams, manage metrics and maintain a safe work environment.
