About the role
Amazon Now is launching new fast‑delivery services across the MENA region. We are looking for an Operations Executive (UAE National) to lead store operations, ensure compliance with Amazon policies, and drive performance across one large site or multiple smaller sites.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end daily operations for assigned store(s), meeting customer‑facing metrics while controlling costs.
- Motivate, coach, and evaluate associate performance, focusing on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Develop and deliver training and development plans for team members.
- Continuously improve processes to achieve sustained performance gains.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits to maintain operational standards.
- Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- High school diploma.
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
