Operations Executive – Business Setup

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Business Setup team in Dubai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day activities related to company formation, licensing and PRO services for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in establishing new businesses across Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore jurisdictions, advising on the appropriate legal structure.
• Prepare and submit all documentation required for company formation, trade licence issuance and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government entities such as DED, Free Zone Authorities, Immigration and the Labour Ministry to obtain approvals and licences.
• Manage residency visa, work permit and related employee services, coordinating with the Ministry of Labour and GDRFA.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates, answering queries and ensuring timely submission of documents and payments.
• Prepare, file and organise company formation documents including Articles of Association, shareholder agreements and trade licences.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site availability in Dubai.
• Experience in company formation, licensing or PRO services within the UAE.
• Good understanding of local regulations governing business setup and employment.
• Strong client‑facing and communication abilities.
