Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to lead end‑to‑end operations of Noon’s B2B marketplace in Dubai. The role sits at the intersection of fulfillment, last‑mile logistics and customer experience, driving reliable and profitable scaling of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own operational workflows across the order lifecycle – capture, fulfillment, invoicing, returns and after‑sales.
• Design processes for B2B use cases such as bulk orders, RFQs, split deliveries, partial fulfillment and credit customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Logistics, Finance and Seller teams to translate business requirements into scalable operations.
• Define and monitor core operational KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, cancellations, return rates, SLA adherence).
• Identify bottlenecks, failure points and cost leakages, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide operational insight to support strategic business decisions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in operations or supply‑chain roles within marketplace or large‑scale e‑commerce businesses.
• Hands‑on experience handling complex order flows (B2B, enterprise or high‑volume ecommerce).
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs and cost structures.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership.
